UXC was acquired by CSC in 2016 as part of a growing footprint in Australia. As Technical Practice Manager I work in partnership with the COO to develop strategies, a practice plan and a series of development initiatives to drive business growth, while providing direction across a multimillion-dollar portfolio of projects. A key part of this role has been exploring new opportunities in the B2B and Government sectors to facilitate three-fold revenue growth in just under a year. • Created the CSG Academy to on-board, up-skill and train technical graduates in SAP Hybris, overcoming a business-inhibiting skills gap in a specialist discipline; • Led a Hybris implementation for a major automotive house, delivering a complex project in just 3 months while creating a value-adding opportunity to implement Agile at an enterprise level, across all IT projects;• Secured and led a complex solutions design and development for a multi-brand and multi-website retailer, increasing customer conversion by 22% and basket value by 10-15%.

Following the acquisition of White Labelled by UXC in 2013, I led the smooth integration of the team into the new corporate environment with 100% retention. I continued to manage the delivery of client projects and initiatives, providing expertise in architecture, solution design and customer experience, leading a team of 60+ technical staff. As Technical Director, I also played a key role in business development, building relationships with C-level client stakeholders to shape enterprise commerce strategies and drive business growth. • Facilitated a rapid and successful integration, creating the largest e-commerce consultancy in APAC;• Grew revenue by 125% by FY16, personally securing 80% of revenue in new business in the current financial year;• Recognised by Hybris as ‘Partner of the Year’, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

In 2008, I co-founded White Labelled, a B2B and B2C digital and commerce consultancy providing services in strategy, CX/UX, software engineering and DevOps. My accountabilities lay in technical, people and project management and by establishing an off-shore capability we were able to provide competitively priced services that secured clients and enabled the business to scale. I managed technical innovation, operations and HR activities across our offices in Sydney, India and Vietnam, providing leadership to a total workforce of over 70.• Grew a start-up to an industry recognised consultancy, delivering 40% YOY growth and 24.5% profit;• Delivered an online multi-channel ecommerce platform for Clive Peeters, which won the Sitecore ‘Commerce Site of the Year’ award in 2010.
