Reporting directly to the ownership group of PMP, the Residential Construction Manager will oversee the planning, direction, coordination, and budgeting of all activities related to the construction of all residential projects for PMP. This will include overseeing the management of all people, facilities, and systems within the residential business segment. The RCM will also participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee their organization, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, implementation, and completion.
