Paul Needham is a Data Analyst with the Data Warehouse team at Steward Health Care Network. His prior healthcare experience included using his project management skills to support Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s expansion into government programs. Before working at Harvard Pilgrim, he managed a team supporting a web-based systems for accounting, billing and electronic payments for Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Prior to Bright Horizons, Mr. Needham managed multiple call center software solutions for Fidelity Investments. He worked closely with management and end-users to meet business objectives. Before joining Fidelity, Paul spent over nine years with Scudder Kemper Investments, where he held various management positions in operations and customer service. He was instrumental in implementing the workforce management system. A native of the Boston area, Mr. Needham graduated from the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University with Masters degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.
