Paul's experience is primarily in the design, development and deployment of Data Warehouse solutions, with a focus on Data Sourcing/Transformation and Data Delivery. He has delivered several large projects in both project management and technical leadership capacities. Paul has almost 10 Years of experience in working remotely and is an efficient agile developer, manager and SCRUM Master.Paul is also active in his community. He is on the Battle Lake School Board where he has been the chairman for 9 years. During his tenure as chair, the School District was awarded a National Blue Ribbon Award for the whole District. One of only a few districts Nation wide to receive the award.
