This main objective of these roles was to provide point-to-point driving services in a safe, relaxed and prompt fashion, primarily around the City of London. To be effective I needed to possess an easygoing and considerate manner, communicating with them face to face and via the telephone. The ability to work further and unscheduled hours was a must, whilst supremely presentable and professional at all times.

My singular goal was to maximize sales figures though the implementation of product focused activities and staff development. Such required in-depth understanding of the organic retail market trends and our competitors. Most important was to achieve results where my team and I fully understood our product and our prospective client.
