PMO and Licensing Manager responsible for planning, control and monitoring the project and management of environmental licenses to ensure and enable the implementation of the company. The project of Ethanol Pipeline (renewable energy) was budgeted in some billions dollars and will be able to transport 20 billion liters of ethanol in 4 states of Brazil, 1300 km of extension, 12 terminals, 400.000 m³ of tank capacity. The first phase (350 Km and 77.000 m³) is already in use.

Project budgeted in some millions dollars controlled by EPM – Enterprise Project Management customized for this work.- Project Manager for optimization project looking for decrease of OPEX based on viability and pay back values. Project involved millions dollars.

- Responsible for Executive Direction and Project Management of Paraguay Project for Telecel Cia. (a Milicom Company), using Ericsson equipments (GSM in 850MHz) involving 01 MSC, 02 BSC, 151 BTS, 29 MW hoops and 12 SDH STM1 hoops. Project budgeted in some hundred millions dollars finished under cost and time control and managed by PMI methodology.- Project management for CLARO GSM/RJ Project working under PMI methodology for activity GSM technology in 1,8MHz, involved 01 MSC, 07 BSC, 603 BTS (shared, re-used and new) and others 42 BTS installed in shopping, subway, airport and strategic places including a transmission ways (PDH and DXX). Project budgeted in some million dollars and finished under cost planned.- Budgeting and pre-study for profit projects.

- Responsible for technical sales of solutions in cabling and telecommunications system.- Participation at the commercial department, technical sales and post-sale solutions in hardware/software.- Budgeting and pre-study for profit projects and products.

- Responsible for implementation management of Vesper Project (WLL – CDMA in 1,9MHz), answering for: projects (ERB Engineering Installation and Transmission), engagement of installation companies, assembly/installation and testing; supervision, acceptance and site quality; managing 40 collaborators (4 regional managers), involving 12 BSC, 280 sites (first and second carrier) and 200 PDH Microwave links in 17 states, managing and controlling millions dollars per year in services.- Co-responsible for project implementation management for infrastructure sharing of telecommunication equipments for Oi/TIM – NOKIA/Siemens (GSM in 1,8MHz).- Contract administrator (physical/financial events) of cellular project B band – TDMA with a base value of some hundred millions dollars involving 214 sites in the states of Bahia and Sergipe.
