My very first work experience was related to computer training.In the 1980s, there was a large supply of co-financed training by the IEFP (IEFP is the national public employment service) and it was possible to reconcile university studies and be a trainer at the same time.Three years working as an IT trainer (in parallel with the completion of the course) and several experiences around the country inspired the GALILEU project and enabled the creation of a company entirely focused on IT training.The pedagogical contents, the trainees’ support materials, the computer infrastructure in the classrooms and the training of the trainers were entirely designed in house.My responsibilities at GALILEU included:• Training team management• Technical and pedagogical coordination• IT systems management (including asset management)• Sales and marketing planning• Budgeting management• Large account customer management• Executive management and business governance
