In 2010, I became part of the team responsible for new employees training, started providing assistance for the team coordinator and was put in charge of strategic accounts. I also helped implement the new governmental system for digital request of work permits and visas, guaranteeing that the transition from physical to digital was smooth and successful for the clients and the company.In 2014 I started rendering in-site services for one of our strategic client, where I was called upon to promptly find solutions to problems regarding Brazilian visas, while administrating all the client’s requests sent to the company’s operation teams in various locations of Brazil, in order to provide the a smooth experience to the Expatriate while his time in Brazil and keep all the clients procedures under the Brazilian law.
