• Working as the technical assistant engineer in the technical assistant department of PVC GERFOR processing complaints from clients with duties including:- Arranging technical visits and technician staff- Gathering technical details, product samples, pictures, etc…, processing claims in the system (SAP) and delivering samples for analysis to the appropriate laboratories- Writing reports for clients after receiving the laboratory results.
