- 20 years of experience in consulting engineering and construction companies, occupying leading positions;- Strong project management activities, coordination, supervision and monitoring of works;- Experience in urban development company for real estate development projects and monitoring of works, an expert on urban infrastructure, road, rail, subway, port and industrial;- Experience in Project Management based on knowledge acquired in the PMBoK best practices, in process of obtaining PMI certification;- Expertise of project disciplines to allotment by management outsourced office designers, and budget structure for execution of works;- Participation in new business committees, management during the development of the project and launch committees;- Profile entrepreneur focused on maximizing the results of the project in order to keep technical qualities with the best implementation cost and in the shortest time of approval;- Development and structuring of managed areas, setting and strategic planning implementation and technical guidelines operational;- Development and adaptation of procedures focusing on improving quality and processes, and rework reduction in projects and production buildings; - Ability to assemble, manage and motivate work teams, with strong focus on goals and results;- Specialization in Management and Technology Building Production (POLI-USP) and a degree in Civil Engineering.
