- Coordination of shipments from origin to destination.- Control of export stock and dispatch of documents abroad.- Management of documents related to regulatory agencies.- Interface with the Tax, Financial, Production Planning and Control (PPC), and Marketing areas.- Freight quotation, tracking, and follow-up of export shipments with clients.- Issuance of incoming (import) and outgoing (export) DANFE invoices.- Analysis of service contracts with suppliers.- Mediation of processes with ANVISA and MAPA agencies.- Monitoring of Export and Import orders.- Control of the flow of documents involved in operations.- Sending samples abroad.

- Issuance of export shipment documentation and preliminary analysis of import documentation.- Quotation of sea and air freight rates.- Follow-up on import and export shipments with direct reporting to other areas of the company.- Providing support to the financial area with shipment documentation for currency exchange closing.- Entry and issuance of DANFES and order processing in the ERP system.
