I am a Product Owner at Bosch Portugal with a degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Aveiro. I have over six years of experience in product design and development, with a focus on sheet metal and injection molding. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly products that meet market demand and company goals.As a Product Owner, I lead the team responsible for the module's complete lifecycle, from ideation to delivery. I ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements, lead technical discussions with suppliers, and manage project milestones. I also utilize product development techniques such as DRBFM, FAM, FMEA, and Decision Matrices to ensure quality and reliability. As a Product Designer, I create prototypes, select materials, document designs, and ensure regulatory compliance. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and market changes. I value continuous improvement, creativity, and customer satisfaction. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked on various projects for different areas.
