My personal mission is to help leaders and their teams improve organizational performance. To achieve this, I started ORCA HR Solutions in 2013 in order to support individuals, teams, and growing technology organizations in creating their desirable future. We do this through leadership development programs, assessments, and executive coaching. At ORCA I have multiple roles. In addition to running the organization and managing our coaches, I also love to get my hands dirty. I head the leadership and organizational development practice, conduct executive workshops, and coach.Previously, I worked for 25 years as a senior Human Resources leader on Microsoft’s executive team, leading complex organizational change. I set up and supported Microsoft businesses launching in Ireland, India, China, the US, and the United Kingdom and focused extensively on leadership and team development across global and diverse organizations. I have a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and an Executive MBA, as well as multiple certificates in the areas of psychometric assessment, coaching, and organizational development methodologies.Through this experience, I’ve become a go-to advisor for technology businesses in all phases of growth from start-up to enterprise and have built organizational blueprints and governance models for complex global matrix organizations. I’m always ready to help you take your organization’s leadership to the next level.
