Enthusiastic, empathetic, analytical, and dynamic! (Reading Time: Less than 1 minute) At the age of 18, when I made the decision of which professional path to follow, I was "lucky" enough to know myself to the point of being certain that this path would involve the financial world. When I started college as an Accountant, I was delighted with one of the course's objectives: to provide information for the financial health of people and entities. I participated in volunteer projects and had the opportunity to work directly at the RFB to confirm my professional choice and learn to be self-motivated, charismatic, analytical, and to develop a critical sense to the processes performed. With this experience, when I started my first job in accounting (as a trainee), in less than a year I was invited to rise to the position of coordinator of the accounting department, with the responsibility not only of my own growth but also of those led by me. With these experiences, my appreciation for accounting only increases, confirming my choice back then (at the age of 18) and my desire to work in the field of accounting.
