-In charge of Synergy Purchasing coordination in South America ensuring interface towards other Volvo´s Business Areas (Volvo Construction Equipment, Group Trucks Purchasing).-Develop and lead different purchasing synergy forums, such as Regional Synergy Steering Committee and Regional Synergy Working Group.-Assimilate and translate ideas/thoughts from different stakeholders regionally into workable proposals.-Drive knowledge sharing within all Business Areas regionally.-Lead Global Synergy Cases ensuring financial benefits for all Business areas through Volvo Group power.-Coordinate and drive the purchasing synergy performance reporting regionally.-Member of Global Supplier selection forum making recommendation.-Support strategic discussions with common suppliers across all Business Areas in SAM (Common -Agreements, Capacity analysis, quality and delivery performance).-Support detailed data analysis on supplier and part base regionally and make recommendations.

-Lead regional purchasing strategy, selecting multiple suppliers based on purchasing strategy and benchmarking contributing to segment business plan in line with Volvo Group Strategy.-Management of bankruptcy and financial risk suppliers, identifing and mitigate risks in cooperation with Supplier,Quality & Development team.-Secure the project deliverables for both start-up and maintenance projects-Drive cost reduction activities across internal department and supplier.-Conduct Business Review Meetings involving internal and external management stakeholders to enhance supplier relationship.-Negotiate price and manage contractual discussion with supplier in a long term.-Closely monitor the market trends and the latest technology available in the market.

-Leader of the purchasing team responsible to spread the company´s culture and purchasing tools/methodologies.-Responsible for global projects doing the interface between mother plant and local site.-Manage the economic viability of the projects, controlling the product gross margin (price and cost).-Responsible for the supplier´s development for new projects.-Managements of several suppliers by planning to attend on time all projects milestones.-Weekly meeting with Global Segments Directors to align the SAM strategy.-Lead cross-functional meeting between technical VALEO team and supplier team to validate a new product andensure the correct design of the parts.

-Management of bankruptcy and financial risk suppliers in GEMBA. Crisis Leader managing cross-functional team to mitigate all potential risks.-Experience with Resin, Electro components, Aluminum (extrusion, stamping, injection and gravity), Steel (Coil, cut and stamping), Foam and others commodities.-Supplier base Management, developing national and international suppliers in accordance of globally strategic line.-Negotiation based on purchasing tools as such as Linear Price Performance (LPP) and Cost model defined for the main segment (Cost Breakdown) and Long Term Agreement implementation.-Perform cost workshop at suppliers site focused on costs reduction , process optimization, quality and delivery improvements.

-Leader of the team with 9 process Engineers to implement actions of cost reductions inside thecompany and at suppliers sites.-Responsible for manage all actions to minimize the costs related to Process , Over Heads and logisticsat Valeo and suppliers sites.-Responsible for "Make or Buy" analysis of the company presenting the business cases to the boardweekly.-Leader of process improvement being trainer of some process training and documents such as Hoshin,SMED, FMEA, Kaizen and QRQC.

-Responsible for segments: Indirect material and tools.-Negotiation based at SWAT analyze and Cost Breakdown.-Development of new indirect suppliers aimed cost reduction.-Make contracts and manage them in a long term.
