Developed the Supply Chain organization at the site of the company in Mexico (Querétaro) in the areas of demand planning, procurement and purchasing of products (direct and indirect) and services), suppliers’ management, contracts management, logistics (export and import), suppliers’ quality and warehouses, as well as their policies and procedures. In addition, it was obtained an average reduction of 30% of high risk sources due to intensive follow-up of the actions prepared to mitigate the risks.
