Planning and Management of the O&M contracts and operations of the parks aiming at the optimization of resources, energy generation and the maintenance and conservation of assets. Responsible for the economic and financial planning of the SPEs, contracting, insurance, energy sales, relationship with banks and operational and financial reports for the boards of directors, fiscal, as well as shareholders.In the implementation of wind farms with an installed capacity of 181 MW, responsible for the financial management of contracts, financial structuring and fundraising in the short and long term (Debentures, Ponte Loan, FINEM) in the order of R $ 1.1 billion for the construction of the projects, aiming at the physical and financial execution of the projects according to the specification, terms and prices stipulated.

In Financial Controlling: Budget preparation and execution. Experience in Expense and Revenue Management. Preparation of executive reports for decision making by the board and investors. Creation and analysis of performance indicators.In commercial controllership: Preparation of the purchase plan and assortment of footwear, inventory analysis, cost, price, billing, sales, markup, markdown (contribution margin and balance). Demand and distribution projection according to strategic and budget premises, with seasonal analysis, cluster, skus and sales units, portfolio management (Open To Buy - OTB). Analysis of portfolio cadence according to stock levels, turnover, coverage and average price.

Team Manager, responsible for Administrative-Financial routines, Internal Controls and Ombudsman. Decision-making support vis-à-vis the cooperative's executive board with attributions to the board of directors and fiscal council. Responsible for monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reports of the company's main KPIs. Supporter of internal and external auditing matters.
