I Am a patient leader, analytical, that gives value to the opinions of coworkers and who always seeks the best solutions to the problems. I believe that communication is crucial for the development of group qualities, such as companionship. I like the idea of making everything clear to the customers. I do this through feedbacks and by explaining in a simpler and easier way as possible. I Am fascinated by the area of roads and highways, which motivated me to develop my work of completion of course in this area. The work received the title "The use of Rumble Strips and Rumble Stripes on rural highways of Brazil ". I Seek to assist, whenever possible, lectures on new technologies related to civil engineering, in order to stay updated on the most diverse subjects. I was an Intern for six months in the city of Ocara, so I acquired experience in public works budgets (roads, schools, structural reforms, etc.), in the survey of public buildings and public schools and in structural and geotechnical surveys . I Have courses in AutoCad 2D, Works Budgets, reading and interpreting projects, intermediate Excel and Advanced English. I Was an English teacher in the year 2013, which provided me a good domain of the language.
