My passion lies in crafting environments where creativity and technical prowess converge, resulting in a synergy that propels business growth and nurtures talent.My transition from software engineer to devops engineer, gave me the the opportunity to understand the pain that the Operation Team and the Developers team had. And with both experiences, I was able to implement and be a better devops, the transition to the cloud was a plus, I was already studying in my academic carreer these kind of innovation. Observability, Security, Fine tuning, Pipelines of deployment, everything that I was suffering as a Software Engineer, I could understand and solve as a DevOps, i believe my journey is entirely understandable when i look back to my past. Now, i feel comfortable with people around the word, many different types of accents, tools, technologies and methodologies gave me the information that I needed, and the opportunity to live in another culture showed me how different people are, so all these experiences, is a full package of knowledge and adaptation that improved my soft and hard skills to another level, I only have gratitude for all my leaders that gave me the right path to follow.
