Paulo Carvalho is a finance analyst based in Warsaw, Poland.He is a Private Debt Analyst at ACP Credit, Central Europe’s leading provider of financing solutions for middle-market businesses. ACP Credit is the senior strategy of ACP Group (formerly known as Mezzanine Management) and currently manages over EUR 100 million in assets under management (AuM). Paulo is responsible for supporting the analysis of potential investments, monitoring current portfolio performance, preparing materials for the fund’s LP communications and fundraising, among other tasks.Prior to ACP Credit, he worked in various positions at well-known firms in Warsaw and São Paulo, including Investment Banking Associate at Azimutus (Warsaw), Investment Banking Analyst at SEB (Warsaw and Helsinki), and Private Equity Analyst at Treecorp Investments (São Paulo).He holds an MA in Finance & Accounting from Kozminski University (Warsaw) and a BA in Business and Management from Insper University (São Paulo). He also spent one semester as an exchange student at the University of Mannheim, Germany.
