Strategic consulting and advisory services in the collection of sustainability and ESG data, in compliance with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS, CSRD;Management of multiple projects serving clients from different sectors (energy, mining and metallurgy, agribusiness, wholesale-retail, etc.), applying a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality deliverables within short/challenging deadlines;Written communication skills for drafting suggestions for sustainability report texts, based on strategic indicators;Collaboration and engagement with different client teams to integrate and consolidate sustainability and ESG data across all areas of operation;Monitoring and researching global and regional sustainability and ESG trends to identify opportunities for innovative solutions and ensure compliance with new frameworks;Preparation of reports and presentations on results and process improvements.

Management and reporting of indicators for ESG indices and ratings (DJSI, CDP, Ecovadis, Sustainalytics, and MSCI);Monitoring of sustainability-linked financial issuance, including: management of action plans tied to sustainable financing; coordination of audit visits; engagement with technical areas at different hierarchical levels.

Demand projection analysis, KPI inventory management, and identification of opportunities to optimize material flow to scale financial operations;ERP system (SAP) utilization for inventory movement management, material requisitions, invoice issuance, and order closures;Financial data analysis and cost control, report creation, and KPI building to support strategic decision-making;Internal communication coordination between supply chain, maintenance, and production teams, along with timeline negotiation with suppliers to ensure operational needs are met;Participation in the Open Innovation Program with mentoring for project mapping and prioritization, with solutions implemented through POCs provided by startups.
