In charge of financial modelling, project finance, consulting teams management and bidding process coordination. Recruitment and Supervision of the start-up teams once the bidding process was accepted.As Mexico CFO was accountable for Treasury, Accounting, Tax, HR, IT, as well as, group report and local financing. Also involved in negotiating a 400ft Jack-up Rig bidding and buy-out of Submersible Platform (M&A), and the development of a tourism project with Fonatur (240m USD).Successfully bidding processes include: Gran Canal Concession in the State of Mexico (350m USD), 4G stretches in Colombia “Conexíon Pacífico 2” (350m USD) Cardel-Poza Rica Concession in Mexico (250m USD) Tuxpan-Tampico Concession in Mexico (300mUSD) Cambao - Manizales APP in Colombia (450m USD). Buy-out of 2 Hydroelectric in Peru: Marañon (88Mw) and Turacani (40Mw).

Road Concession start-up from ground zero up to 450 workers, in charge of Accounting and Control, Treasury, Budget, IT including Road Operation Systems, HR. Extensive negotiations with BNDES regarding bridge loan financing.Successfully issued a 500mUSD Project Bond (in reais) in Bovespa with unique characteristics in the Brazilian market: truly non-recourse, project finance bond, 15 years tenor, global investment grade by Moody’s, and second to be tax exempt by the Federal Government. This issue was awarded 2013 Latin Finance Road Financing deal of the year.Actively participated in the team that has developed the Federal Exemption Tax Law. Successfully Developed an strategic planning methodology within a BPM framework.

Part of the team that bidded in Mexico for Salamanca-Leon and Farac III (with Macquarie), in Brazil for the 2º round of road concessions of the State of São Paulo. (5 bidding processes; 1 won: Rodovias do Tiete), in Peru for the Cusco Airport and in Colombia for Ruta del Sol.
