At Sheetgo, I worked as a full-stack developer together with an incredible and experienced team of developers and professionals from other areas, and had access to different technologies, which allowed me to constantly grow personally and professionally, I was also responsible for several tasks.- Maintenance of the main product.- Developing or maintaining features on the main product.- Developing and maintaining Google Add-ins.- Developing and maintaining Microsoft Add-ons.- Developing and maintaining complex Google appscript scripts for the main product or stand-alone projects. During the time I worked there, I also participated in some of the hackatons that happened every quarter, they were events that lasted 3 days, in which we formed different teams and the idea was that based on pre-selected ideas about new functions or changes in the product, research on the topic, validate the implementation, create a MVP and if possible develop it. With these events, I learned a lot about working under pressure and also coordinating well in a team to achieve a goal.

I worked as a service desk agent, being responsible for working on/openning new tickets, starting contact with clients, studying solutions, make contact and guide the local IT support teams and work on all the needed tasks to solve and close the tickets.
