Upon identifying the need for an online inspection platform, I took the initiative to propose and develop the solution. I used Google Sites to create a user-friendly interface, Google Forms to collect data efficiently and Google Sheets to analyze and manage the information.My experience in programming and logical reasoning allowed me to customize the platform to meet the specific needs of the Municipal Guard and I was able to optimize a process that was previously manual and time-consuming.This experience provided me with valuable learning: the ability to identify problems, develop innovative solutions and successfully implement changes.I also had the experience of contributing to the training of my colleagues on the new workflow for vehicle inspections, where I presented the platform, showed the step-by-step process, resolved doubts and explained the need for some cultural changes that would be extremely beneficial for the institution. .I created tutorial videos (using OBS Studio and DaVinci Resolve) and inserted them on the website as a way to facilitate the review of the vehicle inspection workflow for the servers. I played a technology support role in the company, carrying out maintenance on computers and printers as well as the company's software, monitoring, for example, active licenses and their respective expiration dates, carrying out optimization procedures for the Operating System, among other unlocking procedures that occurred due to software problems.
