Responsible for managing the regional sales composed of five sales managers, interior of the state of São Paulo, southwest of Minas Gerais, north of Paraná and Midwest of Brazil .Assignments:• Responsible for the management, training, qualification and motivation of sales team, aiming at achieving the goals of the Business Plan and increasing the participation in the resale;• Management of regional performance through continuous monitoring of indicators such as Sales, Margin, Market Share, Retail Price Position, Forecast, Sellout, Delivery Performance and After Sales;• Implementation and execution of the Sales Plan of the region, customers, sales managers;• Implementation of promotional actions, in cooperation with Trade Marketing, aiming to increase the presence of the brand in stores;• Management of the promotional budget and its effective use to achieve the goals;• Survey of the training needs of the sales team with the aim of enabling it and keeping it prepared for the constant challenges of the market.
