RTE / Scrum Master supporting the business channel leading the implementation of new technologies and features in both internet banking for business and mobile banking for business.

Working as a Scrum Master at the project Santander Mobile Business participating to the agile transformation on the channel. Reformulation of the loan process carried out by Internet Banking and Mobile Corporate, transforming the end-to-end loan process being carried out through the Legal Entity's digital channels. In the project PRONAMPE, a project that existed before COVID-19, but which after the appearance of COVID-19, was completely reformulated, becoming one of the main support tools for small businesses in financing and financial assistance needed in the period of crisis presented).

In the project "Setup of Channels" of the "Mobile Corporate Business", some services of the banking legacy website had to have services exposed with .NET of some VB6 Dll's. In this function many analyses and implementation had to be made to provide REST API's for the app team to consumed. After that those legacy had to be migrated to the HUB of Services that is an structure of an API Gateway and Services built on the IBM Integration Bus tool using ESQL to code.All the projects on the client are managed with the Agile methodology with SCRUM.
