Paulo has over 20 years of consulting and project management experience at major international airlines, being now Partner at NYB Consulting. He has specialized in the fields of airline strategy and restructuring, with special emphasis on airline turnarounds, business planning, cost reduction programs, network and fleet strategy.In parallel, Paulo is a guest lecturer at the MSc Air Transport Management at City University London, responsible for the module Developing a Business Plan, and regularly cooperates with the AirBusiness Academy, an Airbus affiliate, lecturing Fleet Planning and Airline Business Operations courses. Paulo is also External Instructor at the IATA Training and Development Institute (ITDI) lecturing Airline Management and Strategy courses. Paulo completed his PhD Air Transport Management at City University London in October 2014, having earned a MSc Air Transport Management at this university in 2006.
