I worked as part of the Engineering team, supporting Key Channels in their private and government projects. My responsibilities included providing architecture recommendations, constructing BoM, conducting channel training sessions such as Fast-Track, Hands-On Lab, and Fortinet Day, executing Proof of Concepts (PoC), demonstrating products, and participating in events with the Channels.I collaborate with engineering on Public Sector (GOV) demands, involving reading and analyzing Terms of Reference (TR), recommendation of the point-to-point (p2p), and constructing BoM.Main Responsibilities:• Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.• Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer onissues ranging from features, specifications, and functionality to integration.• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.• Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will workclosely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolvecustomer's technical issues.
