With over eight years of experience in computer network and systems engineering, I am passionate about delivering reliable, secure, and scalable solutions for datacentre and network infrastructure. I have earned multiple certifications from VMware, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Juniper Networks, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in various technologies and platforms. As a server specialist at PB Tech, I work with a diverse and collaborative team to design, implement, and maintain server environments for a wide range of clients across different industries.In my current role, I am responsible for managing and administering Windows Server infrastructure, VMware, Nasbox and SAN storage, and Cisco devices. I also monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Some of my recent achievements include successfully migrating a large client's datacentre to a cloud-based platform, reducing costs and improving efficiency; and implementing a backup and disaster recovery solution for a critical server network, enhancing security and resilience. I have also contributed to the development and improvement of internal processes and documentation, as well as the training and mentoring of junior staff. I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to solve challenging problems and deliver value to our customers.
