Responsible for conducting the Brazilian Board of Directors meetings, together with the Brazilian CEO, with the presence of the CEO and the Chairman of the Board of Falabella.Responsible for creating and launching a new co-branded Credit Card with Bradesco (Cartão Sodimac)Led different projects that contributed to improve EBITDA through various initiatives in Sales, Margin and, especially, in Cost Reduction, contributing to a turnaround in the company. Led four different projects in tax efficiency (ICMS, Pis Cofins), resulting in significant tax recovery to the company.E&Y Control Letter with zero audit points at end of the term as CFO.In the Legal Department, diminished litigation cases by 15%.

Responsible for 3 out of 6 areas under CFO scope.FP&A: responsible for all forecast and planning of the organization, including preparing, presenting, and monitoring the company´s budget and reports.Responsible for the presentation in the Board meetings.Treasury: managed all the cash flow of the company (in and out) through different sources (operational, investments and financing flows), as well the relationships with corporate and investment banks. Credit & Receivables: managed all the credits given by the firm, as well as the receivables of the organization. Improved late collection (over 30 days) from 30% to 3% of B2B Sales in one year at the job.M&A and Valuation: responsible for all the valuations and business plans of the companies, including possible acquisitions.

Responsible for implementing the 2 models in Brazil.Developed a new model of service in Brazilian Home Improvement, offering full products' installation, as well as equipments & tools rental to clients.Implemented and launched the website of the company.

Evaluated the entire Home Improvement market in the Brazil with all the opportunities and setbacks, while considering all possible local players for acquisition, as well as greenfield alternatives.Responsible for the complete finance valuation of the target company (Dicico). Worked together with investment bank (BTG Pactual) and used the business model developed to present to the Board of Directors at Falabella, resulting in the approval of the acquisition oof Dicico.Participated and negotiated the terms of the acquisitions, including shareholders’ and investment agreements, along with investment banks (BTG and Goldman Sachs) and lawyers (Matos Filho and Lefosse).Signed the legal contracts on behalf of Falabella Brazil, marking the official entrance of the group in the country.
