In the first stage of my career, I worked for more than 15 years in the EHS Department, where I acted as Product Safety and Quality Auditor. - The geographic areas ranged from the city of SP, to the State of SP, to regions as extensive as SP, Midwest and South, without leaving regular audit, training, investigation and support trips throughout Brazil and Latin America. I had the chance to participate - managing, training or even acting directly in large works - without the occurrence of any accidents, personal or material, such as Terminal 3 at Guarulhos Airport, Corinthians Stadium and Line 2 of Panama City Subway.Then, already in the second stage of my career, I was able to manage the HSSE department on my own, both the administrative routine and the way of changing behavior, where practically zero material accidents, certificates and accidents with people. - There were more than 600 days without reportable accidents, in the field of integrated logistics.I recently worked in the Civil Construction sector, which offered me unique opportunities to develop skills in the areas of Occupational Safety, Environment, Health, Quality and Sustainability.I followed projects from gestation, construction site implementation, structure, finishes and delivery to the Client, managing own and outsourced QHSE team.I also worked as a Technical Assistant for Judicial Expertise, monitoring all procedural stages (Unhealthiness, Dangerousness, Harshness), with satisfactory results.Currently, I work in the corporate management area, in the sector of providing real estate services to high-tech Clients, in the creation and management of processes and coordination of HSSE teams at a transnational level (Brazil and Latin America), creating and sustaining the Security Culture.I began my activities as an Author and Editor of E-books related to the SSHERQC universe (Occupational and Patrimonial Health, Health, Environment, Regulatory, Quality and Compliance), with the founding of the virtual company StoreGeeekBR, making articles and other reference works available at cost price for the dissemination of the Safety Culture.
