Currently I am responsible for guiding and teaching all the individuals working in this position, while also being in charge of management of goods and product promotions, always advocating for customer satisfaction and product quality. I am also taking care of the processing of orders for the store (refrigerated products, products intented for display cases, eggs, bread ect.) and lastly, leveraging the integration with the Wolt application, I have mastered the process of preparing and fulfilling orders directed to customers through the app.
