Working directly with the managing director on master planning, architecture, and design projects abroad focusing on projects in Palestine, and Asia. Worked directly with the director, the main role was to lead projects carefully through to the documentation process and through construction approval and construction management.Responsible for ensuring accuracy in design documentation, procurement, and other on-site construction related deliverables.Selected projects: Challenge House Group Home – Mittagong, NSW, Australia 46 Oxley Drive Multi Dwelling Development – Mittagong, NSW, Australia

Reported directly to the Managing Director and Quality Control Manager and managed the design and planning department. Key deliverables were to obtain design/planning and construction approval – was in charge of coordinating with government authorities, council officials, private certifying authorities, communities, legal professionals, urban/ regional planners and design consultants such as Architects, Interior Designers, as required by the project- this includes explaining and presenting planning and development proposals.Responsible for the conceptualization, preliminary drawings, production and approval of all design/ planning related deliverables.

Reported directly to the Senior Designer. Successfully led the team in interpreting client brief, developing concepts from sketches to project documentation using REVIT and AutoCAD. Worked directly with the lead planner, main role was to lead the team in data gathering and analysis of the 2012 Sydney Floor Space and Employment Survey. Responsible for interpretation and review of related planning codes, as well as updating the existing floor lay out of commercial and office spaces of the buildings in Sydney CBD using CAD software.

Worked with the Project Architect and Landscape Architect in developing design concepts through documentation for architecture, master plan and landscape design using REVIT and AutoCAD. Also worked with the Senior Interior Designer in developing conceptual ideas and spatial planning of the interior spaces of the buildings in the campus.Selected Projects: UAE Military Museum (architecture and interior design) – Dubai Raffles University (master planning, architecture, and interior design) – Malaysia

Coordinated technical details and discrepancies on the working drawings, shop drawings and specifications submitted by the design consultant and contractors.Conducted construction coordination meetings among project architect and engineers regarding technical concerns on architectural, civil and structural work.Responsible for cost management, contract management, quality and schedule management .
