Management of the Sales Support activities for International IBS products in Iberia and of the Product Management activities for International IBS products in Iberia.The activities include the definition of the Spanish and Portuguese local standard versions of the IBS Enterprise ERP solution and, together with Sales and Marketing Units, participation in the definition of sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.Launch in Iberia of a new line of business around the product IBS e-Billing defining the strategy andthe market target.All the implementation projects of IBS Enterprise in Portugal and Spain have the participation of thisUnit. We had the responsibility along with Business Services department of the definition of thesolution and in some cases we were involved in the implementation process directly with customer’s people.

Management of a team of more than 20 people having the responsibility of conducting several lines of products and technologies.I had to continuously keep a learning spirit in me and in my team which led to a deep knowledge ofthe ERP of IBS and of all the other products that constituted the IBS international offering since R3.5 until now.Since the beginning we were always in pursuit of excellence by improving this knowledge in the whole team which represented a big step ahead in IBS Portugal's ability to sell, implement and succeed with its ERP.During this period I had the opportunity to participate in all of the most important projects in theCompany.
