Responsible for the administrative routines of approximately 250 own employees and 1500 third parties employees, structuring a multidisciplinary team (07 employees) and reformulating processes;Responsible for the Third Parties inside the factory (Approximately 150 companies), being guardian of the Third Parties EHS Safety Rules to ensure compliance with Legal Requirements and Corporate Standards regarding the entry, permanence and restriction of Third Parties in the unit through:• Headcount Statistical Controls, Contract Managers, Durations, Departments, Modalities, Vehicles, etc .;• HR Requirements Management - Negative Debt Certificates, Brazilian Labor Debts (FGTS, INSS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, etc.), Payments, Terminations, CAGED, Social Contract, CLT's;• EHS Legal Requirements Management - PPRA, PCA, PPR, PCMAT, Trainings, PCMSO, Exams, ASO;Responsible for OPEX budget construction;Responsible for facilities contracts: Waste Management, Fire Fighting Equipment, Exams and Medical Consultations related to PCMSO, Leasing of Industrial Towels and Patrimonial Surveillance. (R$ 5 million per year)Management of Telephone Maintenance Team and CCTV System: (Approximately 700 extensions and 60 cameras)

Control, preparation, consolidation and construction of departments yearly OPEX budget and creation of KPIs using SAP and Excel software;Statistical consolidation of safety KPI, with both own and third parties employees;Statistical consolidation, reclassifications and adjustments referring to department costs;Periodic updating of EHS legal documentation along with the Labor Ministry.

Handle/Control of EHS OPEX budget;Acquisition, Payment and Control of Consumables and Services;Responsible for payments to suppliers;Elaboration and consolidation of statistical data concerning the Company's EHS Department (Frequency rates, gravity rates, headcount, absenteeism);Creation of Macros and Automations between SAP / Excel, aiming to reduce labor time and improve processes and routines;Creation and improvement of EHS trainings;General administrative routines: Elaboration of travel logistics, Hotels quotations,Air Tickets and Land Transportation, Vacation Programming, Conferences, Meetings, etc.)
