My job involves conducting conciliations and mediations in judicial hearings, encompassing both individuals and legal entities. I act as an impartial intermediary, facilitating communication and seeking consensus-based solutions for legal disputes. My role is to foster a conducive environment for both parties to express their concerns and interests, aiming to achieve mutually satisfactory agreements and prevent the prolongation of legal proceedings. This not only expedites the judicial system but also provides the involved parties with a more collaborative and less adversarial approach to resolving their legal issues.

In the scope of institutional relations, I contributed to strengthening connections both between the State and society, as well as through the political articulation between Health and Pharmaceutical Companies and the Executive Branch.In the context of the judicial system, I highlight the accomplishment of a notable project that I conceived and implemented, known as the Itinerant Judiciary. This pioneering initiative involved a mobile trailer traveling through the 645 municipalities of the State of São Paulo, becoming a strategic focal point for conducting reconciliations and resolving smaller legal matters. The presence of this mobile unit provided direct and accessible legal assistance, playing an essential role in offering legal solutions in close proximity to local communities.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in steering and facilitating communication when dealing with the relationship between the Federal Government, States, and Municipalities. This ability to facilitate dialogue and collaboration between different governmental spheres contributed to the alignment of interests and the coordinated implementation of public policies.

During my time at PHC, I had the opportunity to play an active role in several significant projects. One notable highlight was the promotion of a partnership with Raia Drogasil, resulting in the provision of medication discounts for certain Associations. This initiative directly contributed to the expansion of access to essential healthcare resources. Furthermore, I was a part of a project focused on disease prevention and control, the PCPCC - Centrad Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC), in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation and the Primary Care Community at Harvard Medical School.

Idealizador do Projeto Cartão de Saúde do Estado de São Paulo (Prontuário On-Line na Saúde). Esse projeto visava modernizar e otimizar o sistema de saúde do estado, proporcionando um prontuário médico online que centralizava informações essenciais de saúde de cada indivíduo. Isso não apenas facilitava o acesso a cuidados médicos, mas também contribuía para uma abordagem mais eficaz e integrada na prestação de serviços de saúde. Fui percursor da inicialização da videoconferência de consultas e acompanhamento dos tratamentos médicos, entre Complexo de Saúde HCFMUSP e Unidades de Saúde no Estado de São Paulo.

During the period I spent at Banco Fácil, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (OSCIP) that forms partnerships with private companies to invest in relevant projects. One of the notable projects I developed was named "Judiciário Itinerante," an innovative initiative in which a mobile unit traveled through the 645 municipalities of the State of São Paulo. This mobile unit became a central point for conducting reconciliations and resolving minor legal issues, providing direct assistance to the population.Furthermore, I also played a significant role in the project of the Health Card of the State of São Paulo (Online Health Record). This project aimed to modernize and optimize the state's healthcare system by providing an online medical record that centralized essential health information for each individual. This not only facilitated access to medical care but also contributed to a more effective and integrated approach in delivering healthcare services.My experience at the intersection of financial institutions and social projects enabled me to play an active role in implementing innovative solutions that directly benefit the community, while also exploring creative ways to establish partnerships between the public and private sectors to advance initiatives of significant social impact.
