2Nd Line Cloud It Support Engineer
Current- 2nd Line Support Engineer focusing on Incident and High Priority tickets. Main duties include:
- Resolving Incidents for end users on a variety of technologies, across both Windows and Apple devices. This includes both tickets that they have submitted by the user and escalated tickets from 1st line engineers
- Triage of tickets, ensuring that they are assigned as soon as possible to the correct level of engineer/correct department
