About Paul Pardi

I love making difficult concepts--both in technology and philosophy--easy to understand. I've spent the last 30 years writing code, creating technical and user experience content, managing teams of software developers and content developers, and teaching philosophy. I am creative, passionate about technology, and proficient in the latest development tools and technologies. I've been leading successful software development and content publishing teams and building quality software and content.     I built a medical registry for a group of surgeons to capture medical data on surgeries they performed. They eventually wanted to take the build public and license it to other surgeons to use. This was a two year project that involved a highly secure web site (because it involves medical data) passed a HIPAA compliance review. It’s a three-tier system with a front end that uses modern frameworks such as Angular and Bootstrap, a middle tier API layer built using ASP.net web.api, and a SQL database all deployed to the cloud using Azure services. I did all the principal programming, testing, deployment and support.
