I managed between $10,000 and $25,000 per month in gross revenue for the Environmental Department. My primary role was to manage natural resource projects including Wetland Delineations, Permitting, Stream Assessments, Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys, Cultural and Historical Resource Studies, and regulatory coordination. Additionally, I assisted with mold assessments, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, noise assessments, and storm water compliance.As a project manager I assisted with business development, client relations, and collections. I provided training and mentored new employees in the Wilmington and Fayetteville offices.

As an Environmental Specialist my role was to procure permits for assorted beach nourishment projects, inlet maintenance, and marina design projects. Routine duties included coastal surveying, inlet and beach monitoring, equipment mobilization, data collection and entry, and map making. Trimble GPS surveying equipment and software was used daily. HYPACK, AutoCAD, Terra Model, and proprietary company software was used to quantify "before dredge" and "after dredge" volumes.
