I am a customer service professional with extensive experience in employee financial benefits. I have taken on a hybrid role which encompasses both Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing with a company based in Melbourne and Perth which is growing rapidly. This role will utilise my expertise in both the salary packaging and novated leasing aspects of the industry as a consultant, SME, team mentor and support for management. The aforementioned role grew from my role as senior consultant at SalaryPackagingPLUS which saw me train and develop new salary packaging consultants as well as mentoring existing staff throughout my 2.5 years with the company. An Subject Matter Expert (SME) in my field and a leading consultant allowed me to step into the role of Customer Education Manager, where I traveled to our regional clients to meet customers face to face for account enquires and new customer set ups. Utilising my salary packaging background I then moved into Novated Leasing sales to expand my knowledge and expertise in the Salary Packaging industry and broaden my career. My passion for customer service surfaced in my early twenties, which saw me develop my career across various hospitality roles from receptionist up to assistant manager of a resort in a major hotel chain across Australia and internationally. Shifting into phone-based roles expanded my opportunities into sales in both of the above fields, where I successfully excelled and provided each company a wealth of subject matter expert experience. As well as setting a high bench mark in customer service and sales, I pride myself in the learning and development of people, identifying practical and efficient continual improvements and keeping a decorous manor in all aspects of my professional and personal life.
