A Touring show with 30 employees specializing in touring entertainment.Coordinated all rehearsal and technical elements of touring show across 5 states. Generated the touring technical rider and advanced show specifications to venues. Hired and lead crew for tour. • Coordinated production elements from 5 states, In order to perform the technical rehearsal in Minnesota: costume (Pennsylvania), lighting (Illinois), Wigs (California), Audio/Visual (New Jersey) and rehearsals in New York City were coordinated within specific timelines to meet transportation constraints.• Solved set construction shortfall, Coordinated with producer and set designer to complete set construction after deliverables were not complete for technical rehearsal. This entailed collaborating with the producer to source crew to complete the construction, which was completed in time for beginning of tour.

A Touring show with 30 employees specializing in touring entertainment.Transformed a residency show in Washington DC to a touring show for the mid-west and west-coast. • Curtailed unnecessary labor expenses, Collaborated with the venue technical director to identify where labor costs were exceeding weekly budget. Scheduling issues and specific crew members were identified. Recommended crew changes and hired new personnel.• Two truck touring system, Facing the possibility of needing three semi-trailer trucks for the tour, I Collaborated with the touring crew to build a system to fit the touring set, costumes, lighting and audio in to two trucks.

Co-produced, Directed and wrote Mata Hari, a new hybrid opera-theatre work about the story of the femme fatale. Commissioned by HERE Arts Center and The Prototype Festival.• Co-produced all stages of development from development residencies to workshop presentations to world premiere.• Cultivated potential producers, which resulted in Mata Hari gaining a West Coast premiere in 2018.
