Resilience And Supplier Manager
CurrentOperational Resilience / Business Continuity / Third Party Oversight• Maintain comprehensive Business Continuity Plans for Apollo • Work with Strategic Partner Syndicates (SPS) to review and align their Business Continuity Plans • Work closely to all first responder teams including technology, Facilities, HR Compliance and Change teams in order to support disaster recovery activities including acting as the secretary for all incidents and exercises• Engages with internal stakeholders to maintain, enhance and embed governance structure for resilience within the organization.• Acts as a first point of contact for Operational Resilience Change impact• Support the compliance of organizational resiliency, regulatory and relevant policy requirements, and support implementation activities.• Liaise with Lloyd’s in Operational Resilience related matters, including RIO• Ensure Compliance with Operational Resilience regulatory expectations, policy guidelines and ensure relevant controls and procedures are in place and maintain project documents appropriately for internal and external audits• Collaborates and coordinates with Risk Team for consistency and reporting • Undertake a regular systematic review of all policies, procedures and checklists related to Operational resilience, Third-party oversight and incident management to ensure they are robust, scalable and meet the business requirements as it continues to evolve.• Leads testing-exercising plan, reporting and implementation of any recommendations• Co-ordinate Operational Resilience Self-Assessment process• Maintain documentation, processes and evidence to support business continuity activities.• Maintains register of Third-Party Outsourcing including monitoring renewals, changes and triggers to review the contract outside of the renewal cycle / life cycle • Maintain and manage the robust oversight framework of selecting and managing third party providers, as part of the Operational Resilience requirements
