Founded Centro's technical recruiting function reporting directly to the CTO. Designed and implemented recruiting processes to manage a high volume pipeline across three development centers in Chicago, San Francisco, and Toronto. In 2014, hired 58 talented individuals into Centro's product and engineering organization including: VPs of Engineering, Senior Directors of Engineering, Data Science, and Program Management, Directors of Design and Product Management as well as the individual contributors who comprise their respective organizations.

Requirements gathering, story writing, mock-up creation, iteration planning, agile coaching, test planning, test writing, functional testing, delivery, UAT, and retrospectives.
