Founded Centro's technical recruiting function reporting directly to the CTO. Designed and implemented recruiting processes to manage a high volume pipeline across three development centers in Chicago, San Francisco, and Toronto. In 2014, hired 58 talented individuals into Centro's product and engineering organization including: VPs of Engineering, Senior Directors of Engineering, Data Science, and Program Management, Directors of Design and Product Management as well as the individual contributors who comprise their respective organizations.
