Tasked with opening US operation on East Coast. Included gaining E1/E2 visa status and working with international consultant visa sponsorships , establishing banking relationships and recruiting over 50 developers. Later granted 8 month paid sabbatical in San Francisco. Went on to support early x.com attempts at solving the double spend problem.Left FDM but performed outsourced recruiting function for FDM Group and others.Later, returned full-time to FDM to support colleague from FDM Group, GMBH in expanding recruitment in the international finance consulting team for global strategic client Deutche Bank.
