Distribution Depot is a B2B online marketplace solution for manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing industries. At Distribution Depot, I was responsible for the operations and management of the technology organization, the creation and oversight of our product roadmap, and the stability of our network infrastructure.

ShoU was a HIPAA compliant marketplace based patient engagement platform built around a web portal and a progressive web application that provides a digital set of practice management tools to healthcare providers. As a co-founder I was responsible for business operations and strategy, security, and product development. I architected the technology stack that powered the entire business, and implemented the delivery system that maintained and enhanced the product. I developed and managed a delivery process that utilized a team of local and offshore resources to build and maintain the software.

As a Senior Solutions Architect I was responsible for the overall architecture and delivery of .NET based solutions. During my time at GE Healthcare I worked extensively with the TiP-TV and Focus on Healthcare marketing teams. My main responsibility was the maintenance and development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database utilizing FileMaker Pro. Additionally, I supported all of our web based marketing initiatives through Enterprise Content Management Systems like Interwoven Teamsite, Vignette, and custom .NET web applications. I was also responsible for managing vendor interactions specifically for web and print initiatives. Much of my day to day work included:Web Development- Content maintenance and HTML development through Teamsite.- HTML content generation through our program database publishing tool. - Custom HTML / CSS / JavaScript web development in support of our TiP-TV website.Database Development- Created and maintained a database that managed and tracked customer interactions with all of our programming initiatives.- This database was responsible for tracking user registrations and interactions, and also served as a means to query and segment our user base.- Created and maintained a database that was responsible for the life cycle management of all of our programming.- This included integrating data between multiple data sources to syndicate program content to consumer sources like the web, and also provided a metric for tracking program registration metrics.Campaign Support- Maintenance and development of campaign marketing assets for web and print.- User list segmentation for direct mail, and email marketing initiatives.- Registration and interaction tracking for all programs.
