Paul Platt is a Engineering Teacher at Northview High School. Colleagues describe them as "Paul is one of those singular people that every organization must have at least one of, if it is to succeed. No sacrifice of personal goals was ever too large for him to allow it to get in the way of making sure that the company's projects succeeded. Wherever there was a proverbial "hole in the dike", Paul was there to fill in. When someone was needed to implement CAD tools, or to develop device models, or anything else, Paul would voluntarily take on the additional responsibility which no one else would volunteer for. Had he not done, all the company's projects would have been badly impacted. I believe this attitude was driven by his very constitution: Paul tends to think things through well beyond the immediate and the obvious. That insight guides him in navigating safely through where others without less insight end up wrecked on the shoals of "surprises".
