Paul Lee is co-founder and the CEO of Aumeo Audio, ACE Communications and Ximplar.Paul co-founded Ximplar in 2007 after 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley and New York. He has won awards from Sir Richard Branson & Steve Wozniak (Talent Unleashed 2014), the Wall Street Journal (2011) and other. His patented technology has been launched as 3 brands: Ximplar for its perpetually self-powered IoT devices, Aumeo Audio for consumers and ACE HEARING for medical audiology markets.Prior to this Paul co-founded and led SkinnyPigeon, a boutique consulting company that specialized in developing Business Intelligence solutions for financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. He successfully managed and delivered projects for clients such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Wendy's International.Before that Paul joined Alphablox as one of the earliest employees and helped grow the New York office from 3 people to over 15, bringing in annual revenue of over $10M USD. Alphablox was an early and influential player the market for Analytical Applications, now a multi-billion dollar market known as Big Data. Alphablox was acquired by IBM and is now part of the DB2 product line.Paul acquired a deep sense of caring for the customers early in his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and later at Alphablox. The positive experiences of partnering with customers and helping them succeed provided great dividends in the form of customer referrals for the companies he later founded.Paul has a vision to transform the local technology industry into a major driving force of Hong Kong's economy.
