I have an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Since 2017 I am Prince 2 practioner certified. In 2019 I joined Knapp after being a Project Manager, I became responsible for project management within the Benelux and since febr. 2022 I am working as Operations Director and responsible for Project Management as well as the Customer Service department. Knapp provides intelligent automation technology and software solutions for logistics and production facilities. Knapp is the leading company in the world in this sector. Since march 2020 I am member of the Knapp Benelux Management Team and responsible for project managment with Knapp Benelux.I started my work career at the Ewals Group where I worked for 6 years in the 3PL, 4PL business and the fashion industry. During this time I gained experience in developing processes, transport management, RFQ processing, cost calculations and transport network set-up. In 2010 joined Total Logistics as a senior supply chain consultant. During my period at Total Logistics I gained experience in Supplier management, strategic sourcing, distribution network design, warehousing, transport operations, benchmarking, productivity, warehouse design, cost to serve, network modelling across a variety of business sectors like retail, fashion, manufacturing, chemicals, distributors, books & media, FMCG and paper and packaging. Before joining Knapp I worked for 5 years at Transsmart. Transsmart provides shipping software which connects your ERP or WMS to the shipping systems of different carriers. I was responsible for on boarding major accounts as a project manager.
