As a Quality Management professional for over 15 years, I believe quality isn’t just about processes and procedures. It is also about creating a quality culture, effective communication and risk management. This philosophy has enabled me to work with a variety of organisations from SMEs to global organisations and deliver effective quality management initiatives covering various disciplines, certifications and methodologies. I have been fascinated with the role quality management can play in improving all aspects of business. I’ve led teams and projects, producing high-quality results while delivering sustainable customer satisfaction. Starting in production, I grew my knowledge, skillset and experience over various disciplines from supply chain management to project engineering, finally settling into Quality Management.My experience includes supporting industries such as aerospace, defence, oil & gas, industrial, power, instrumentation, lighting and security.
