Responsible for the operational HR delivery including;- Developing and implementing policy and procedures in UK and Romania and ensuring that other locations were consistent with the principles set by the Company (other locations were Singapore and USA)- Providing guidance to managers on all HR issues including recruitment, ER issues, policies, reward and managing performance- Responsible for payroll delivery in UK and Romania- Responsible for HR operations in UK and Romania- Accountable for all HR Administration to ensure that People data is always accurate and relevant- Management of Facilities Team of two based in the UK and the HR Partners based in UK and Romania

My role was to support the delivery of the HR strategy through managing and overseeing the implementation of effective HR policies and practices, with specific focus on:- Departmental administration, including pay and benefits and identifying areas for continuous process improvement - Dealing with general HR queries from the line including performance management, disciplinaries, grievance etc. - Departmental budgets/forecasting and cost management- Managing the administration of the Bank's pension scheme arrangements in conjunction with Bank management, Trustees, external advisers and investment managers. Assisting in the development and delivery of the annual Pension Scheme Business PlanThe HR team won the Personnel Today Award for Reward and Recognition 2009 for the innovative and forward thinking Pension Savings Scheme we implemented in January 2009. We were also awarded the overall winner Personnel Today Award 2009.

Lead analyst reviewing the companies Learning & Performance Management processes and how these could be more effectively managed through Oracle HR systems. The main point of contact for all stakeholders’ queries and responsible for preparing the final proposal documents.

Responsible for full HR function in two stores. Managed recruitment, employee relations, absence management, performance management and driving capability and performance through coaching.

Working with the personnel and training manager to manage the payroll function and labour management. Worked here as part of year in industry from university and carried on part time during final year studies.
